Fire Relief Loan Scheme – Tycor, Waterford
Emergency business support loans and flexible funding options are available to help impacted small businesses recover and rebuild. If your business has been affected and you are having difficultly accessing the funding necessary to get your business back up and running, you may be eligible for a Microfinance Ireland loan. You can apply directly through our online portal via the Register to Apply button below. Please reference Waterford Fire Relief in the Purpose of Loan. You can also apply through the Waterford Local Enterprise Office who will be able to assist you in completing your application.

To be eligible to apply you must fulfil the following criteria:
- Your business has fewer than 10 full time employees over the last 3 years
- You are creating or sustaining one full time job within your business and this job may well be your own job
- Your business has an annual turnover of less than €2,000,000
- Your business has suffered damage due to the recent fire
- Sole Traders, Limited Companies or Partnerships are eligible to apply.
There are no fees or hidden charges on any loans from Microfinance Ireland.
Fixed repayments give you peace of mind and allow you to plan your financial commitments.

You will need to submit the following documents to apply for a Microfinance Ireland Loan.
6 Months Bank Statements
Personal and business, if business account open.
Management Accounts
If trading over 18 months – most recent set of management or financial accounts
Credit Report – Central Credit Register
Shareholders and Partners will need to submit a CCR Credit Report.
